Description:
In this experiential workshop, participants will explore the space where inner wisdom, guidance, and spiritual knowing arise. Through guided meditation, discussion, reflection and creative expression, we will recognize the wisdom that already lives within. Participants will leave with practical tools for deepening self-trust and strengthening their connection to their own inner guidance. Facilitated by an experienced Practitioner and Creativity Coach. Participants will gain:
A renewed trust in their own inner knowing
A deeper sense of connection to themselves
The experience of being witnessed in authentic community
Please bring colored pencils or crayons and paper. No art experience needed.
Title: Transform: Step by Step on the Labyrinth

This labyrinth workshop will provide an opportunity to learn the history of the labyrinth as an ancient Spiritual tool. The participants will also have the express Spiritual opportunity to experience the labyrinth in community. Participants will leave with a deepened understanding of the labyrinth as a deeply impactful Spiritual tool.

This workshop is focused on journaling. No previous experience is required. Everyone is welcomed. Please bring writing equipment: paper/journal, pen or pencil, etc.
